Hi, I’m Beaumont, born and raised in Amsterdam, with a background in hospitality that has shaped much of who I am today. I’ve always been drawn to places where people come together: good food, good drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere make me feel right at home.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me exploring Paris, a city I keep coming back to for its energy, culture, and, of course, its incredible food and wine scene. I have a particular love for natural wines, spinning vinyl records, and staying active to balance it all out.
At home, I’m happily married. Proud owner of two cats who keep life entertaining and grounded. This blog is a space where I share my experiences, interests, and the things that inspire me, from food and travel to everyday moments worth slowing down for.
